The problem with those 'unsecured' ammunition sites is that they have to be found. This may seem really easy to someone who has never been ther - but is much harder to do in the real world.

|||The word "surge" was used because "escalation" sends the wrong political message.
It's just another word-play and excuse by Bush to pursue the same old "stay the course" agenda he's tried for the past three years.
