Should the GAO get ready for the BOB factor?

Hillary will need a 3X chair to squeeze her BOB sized butt into an office chair. Should the GAO just make the BOB exception to contracts in the future. Damn these BOB sized chairs are expensive.|||I wish you people would be more considerate with the acronyms you use. I know that GAO refers to the Government Accountability Office. But what the hell does BOB stand for ?
